                    THIS IS FOR PEANUT BUTTER LOVERS


                         CHOCOLATE & PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES


INGREDIENTS 

• 100g butter
• 100g crunchy peanut butter 
• 1 egg
• 100g refined flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda bicarbonate
• 50g choco chips

 METHOD

•  Preheat the oven to 180degrees C .   line 2 baking trays with baking parchment.
• Mix the butter ,crunchy peanut butter and sugar together with a whisk or by hand until it turns light and fluffy.
• Then gradually add the egg ,constantly until completely light, fluffy and well combined.
• Finally fold in the flour ,baking powder ,soda bicarbonate and chocolate chips.
• Place dollops of the cookie dough into baking trays, leaving a generous bonder around the cookies.
• Bake the cookies for 10 minutes and then eat.
